Palestinian Cease Fire?
I just heard the news that Fatah and Hamas have agreed on a cease fire and maybe a national unity government.
Sitting here in Ramallah, that sounds good to me. I’d like to be optimistic, but that wouldn’t be me….
I’d write more, but it’s been a very long day — from Ramallah through the Qalandia checkpoint hassle to Jerusalem, and then a tour eastward to Jericho, part of it a hike from Saint George’s Monastery through the Wadi Kelt before getting back to Ramallah. Details later…
